9 Kitchen Trends You’ll Want to Copy Right Now

This is definitely not your grandma’s kitchen.

Interior trends are always changing and the biggest question we ask ourselves is, “will this still look fresh 10 years from now?” When I was apartment hunting, I was VERY disappointed in the sterile design most developers label modern – ya know, that brown granite counter top with the matching brown cabinet doors. Yuck. I can’t understand why the rental market has such low inventory of modern design- especially in NY.

Interior design is one of my biggest passions and my macro goal in the next couple of years is to own real estate. I would love to bring something new and fresh to the rental market that isn’t your typical modern-but-dated aesthetic.
